The entrance is centrally placed on the main ground level, where all the “public” areas and uses are placed -an open-plan double height living & dining space, a kitchen space, the staircases, a wc and an en-suite guest room. From all the internal spaces one has access to the external seating area and the pool area.
The lower ground level features a playroom, an en-suite double bedroom, a 4-sleeper bunk bedroom (ideal for children), a wc with shower and storage.
Villa Levanda is surrounded by landscaped gardens with Mediterranean flowers and herbs while a pedestrian path through the estate gives access to a secluded beach. It also offers a private parking area for 2 cars.
