Villa Salted Maple is a rare beachfront retreat where the sea and sky converge in peaceful seclusion, just a short drive from the historic Thermopylae landscape — site of the legendary battle between the 300 Spartans and the Persian army.

Set within two acres of landscaped gardens filled with maples, pines and fruit trees, the property features an expansive lawn that gently slopes towards the sea. At the heart of the outdoor spaces lies a large swimming pool accompanied by a covered poolside seating area, providing an inviting space in which to relax and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and uninterrupted coastal views on long summer days.

Layout

The house itself is a fine example of 1970s architecture and offers generous living spaces arranged over two levels. The upper floor comprises a spacious lounge with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the gardens, sea and island of Euboea. Adjacent to this space is an open-plan dining area that leads to a fully equipped kitchen, designed for comfortable family living. Expansive patio doors open directly onto wide verandas, allowing the interior to flow seamlessly outdoors while framing magnificent sea views.

Villa Salted Maple can comfortably accommodate up to ten adults and four children. The upper level has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as two additional double bedrooms that share a bathroom and a separate toilet. The lower level comprises another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a children’s bunk room with six beds that share a bathroom. This level also includes a kitchenette and an additional toilet, offering flexibility for larger groups or families.

Designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind, the villa features a covered games room equipped with a large TV, comfortable seating and tables for table tennis and table football. Outside, guests will find multiple seating and lounging areas, a portable gas barbecue and various spaces that are perfect for getting together with family and friends.

Sea kayaks & Boat ramp

Guests wishing to explore the surrounding waters can use the four sea kayaks (two single and two double) provided by the property, as well as the private boat ramp. This ramp enables guests to launch a trailered boat directly from the property.

Accessibility

The villa is easily accessible. There is a direct route from the car park to the main entrance, and ramped pathways lead down to the lower level, gardens and beach, making the villa accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

Exploring the Region

Thanks to its unique location, Villa Salted Maple is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding coastline and islands.
