Villa Salted Maple is a truly beachfront retreat-style property, situated just a short ride away from Thermopylae, the historic site of the legendary battle between the 300 Spartans and the Persian army.
The villa is located among 2 acres of landscaped spacious gardens and trees (maple planes, pines, fruit trees), with a large swimming pool along a covered pool lounge area, promising moments of true relaxation and tranquility, while enjoying the refreshing sea-breeze and unobstructed sea views.
The house, with its characteristic 70s architecture, offers a large space across two levels. The upper floor, offers a vast sitting room with a fireplace and large openings that look out across the garden, the sea and Evia island and, an open plan dining area connected to a spacious fully equipped kitchen. The dominant feature of the sitting area is the long patio doors, offering immediate access to large verandas, as well as, unobstructed magnificent views.
The villa accommodates up to 10 adults and 6 children – the upper level offers one double master bedroom en-suite, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and a WC; the lower level offers a double bedroom en-suite, a double bedroom and a 6-sleeper, bunk bedroom sharing a bathroom, a kitchenette and a WC.
The covered playroom is equipped with a large television, a comfortable lounge area, table tennis and a football table. The villa also offers an outdoor portable gas BBQ, a variety of outdoor sitting and lounge areas, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in all rooms, 4 sea-kayaks (2 single seater and 2 double seater) and a boat ramp with direct access to the sea for guests to launch a boat on a trailer directly from the house.
Please note that a live-in property caretaker is usually present on-site. He is in charge of the garden and pool maintenance and can assist guests with any errands required.
The property provides direct access from the parking area to the villa entrance, and ramp access to the lower level, the garden and also the beach, suitable for people with reduced mobility to use.
