The villa offers 168 m² of living spaces on two main levels plus an upper level and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The entrance is on the main ground level, where all the “public” areas and uses are placed. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen space gives access to the external seating area and the pool area on the one side, and the external dining and BBQ area on the other side, all enjoying magnificent sea views.
The lower ground level features an en-suite master bedroom and guest bedroom, sharing an external veranda and garden, a 3-sleeper bunk bed room and a storage – machinery room. An extra living space with a sofa-bed is located at the upper level.
Villa Thymari is surrounded by landscaped gardens with Mediterranean flowers and herbs while a pedestrian path through the estate gives access to a secluded beach. It also offers a private parking area for 2-3 cars.
Villa Thymari is distinctly separated by Villa Levanda, set on the lower level of the plot -both come with their own pool and are completely independent. They can be rented together for eight bedrooms in total.
