The upper level offers two double bedrooms (1 en suite) and a twin bedroom, all surrounded by a big veranda with an unobstructed pool and sea views. The lower level offers one double bedroom en-suite, a WC, a living–dining area and an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen. All rooms are furnished minimally and distinctly.

Overlooking the endless blue, the outdoor dining space right next to the pool offers the ideal setting for al fresco dinners, all the while enjoying the tricks of the last glimmers of ambient light.

On the terrace, a barbecue area is also available, that you can use at any time of the day to sate your appetite. Various shaded spots, including the space under the pergola, invite you to enjoy a cup of coffee or take a quick nap.

Set in a private plot, the villa’s parking area is reached through a driveway within the estate and the villa’s entrance is then accessed by a private footpath (30 meters long). A ramp is also available allowing people experiencing mobility difficulties to more easily cover the distance between the parking and the main entrance.

Located just 2 hours from Athens and close to popular sites, such as Nafplion, the ancient Epidaurus Theatre, Mycenae archaeological site, Nemea wine valley, Porto Heli, Astros marina and Spetses island.
