Having a spectacular proximity to the sea, the complex is comprised of 3 separate buildings: the Main House (320 sq.m.) featuring 3 bedrooms en-suite, a big living room/bar and a kitchen, the Guesthouse (88 sq.m.) with 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) and finally, the Boathouse (80 sq.m.) with 2 bedrooms and a living room with home cinema facilities & surround sound. A separate guest house “Private Cottage” is available as a unique master bedroom within nature, upon request and at additional cost.

A series of gardens and external sitting areas fill the gaps between the buildings, while creating a unique atmosphere, and a small pebble beach lies at the foot of the villas.

A private wooden jetty, a tennis court, a private swimming pool and even a 16th century chapel are available within the complete privacy of the complex.
