Villa Temenos sits on two levels with the main internal & external living areas placed on the upper floor. It has been designed with extreme care, perfectly blending the more traditional volumes found in the Ionian with a modern open aesthetic that takes advantage of the Mediterranean light. Floor to ceiling glass windows allow for magnificent sea views, while a large double height open plan sitting room/kitchen area with balconies on two sides gives access to a large veranda with dining area, leading down to pool area.
The Villa features five bedrooms en-suite, each with a balcony or terrace, where you can enjoy stunning sea views from. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are situated on the upper floor and have a mezzanine level, while bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are situated on the lower floor and open onto a covered terrace.
The outdoor area includes an infinity swimming pool offering a mesmerizing view of the Ionian Sea, sun loungers, umbrellas and an exterior dining area where guests can enjoy a unique dining experience with the villa’s private chef service.
The path below the villa leads down to a small private beach featuring a seating/lounging on a paved area. Dive in the crystal-clear blue waters and indulge in freshness and joy!
A wealth of recreational facilities & equipment is at guests’ disposal, including a standalone air-conditioned gym, an outdoor table tennis table, 2-seated kayaks, paddleboards, a kneeboards and wakeboards, snorkeling equipment… During their stay, guests can be taken anywhere locally by rib (7.8m ribeye with a 275cc Suzuki engine), by a staff member who is a qualified rib driver (with ICC license), including for waterskiing and wakeboarding directly from the villa pontoon, and exploring neighboring villages and local tavernas, deserted coves and snorkeling places and nearby islands.
